JULYS GLOSSYBOX.

One of my favourite times of the month, is of course, receiving my monthly box of goodies from Glossybox. My 4th box in and I'm still amazed. What I love about this company is that they carefully select each product they send, baring in mind what they included in the previous issue. That way the products I receive are always different and I get to try out even more unique brands. Now that summer has officially arrived, Glossybox have put together some awesome products designed especially for the hot weather. 

This month I received:

1. Bamboo Style Boho Waves Texturising Hair Mist by Alterna Haircare - Beachy waves are a great look to sport in the summer. Using a spray like this is an effortless way to look like you've just strolled off the beach. Very fashionable and so easy to achieve with this non sticky hair mist. I like to use on damp hair and then blow dry and scrunch into place. This is definitely one of the best texturising sprays I have tried, and it's lightweight too! Love it!

2. Essie Sleek Nail Foils - I haven't yet tried these out but I have always wanted to, I just never brought myself to buy them! I think they are a funky look but I shall save them for a special event. I shall be sure to make a post too so stay tuned. 

3. Pout Paint by Sleek - When I first saw these in my box I was slightly apprehensive. I don't really like the idea of having stained blue lips! However after reading the description on my Glossybox sheet, I learnt that these awesome pigments are designed to be mixed to one another to create gorgeous colours! They really stain your lips and give you that extra pout power. They work beautifully on newly exfoliated lips and they come in other shades too!

4. Coola Organic Mineral SPF 20 - I haven't tried this out yet which sucks because it would have been perfect for my holiday! I guess it's just like every other sun cream out there, just great that it's all organic ingredients and I'm sure it works for sensitive skins like mine.

5. Anatomicals Facial Spritz - I've been looking for a hydrating face mist for a while now so when I saw this in my Glossybox I was really pleased. I prefer to use this in the morning instead of a toner as I have sensitive skin and I don't like the idea of striping my skin morning and night with a toner and cotton wool. The smell with this isn't amazing, but it smells of roses and lavender - quite an older persons scent in my opinion.  However it is very hydrating, cool and can even be used to set makeup which is a bonus! I have used this every day since I received it and I'm loving it so far!

JUNE'S GLOSSYBOX.

It's one of my favourite times of the month - coming home to find my box of girly goodies has been delivered. This is now my third Glossybox, and after being so satisfied with the last two issues, I've been dying to find out what I would receive in June's. 

I am what people call a beauty junkie. I have stashes of beauty products which I buy, try and then shove in my continuously overflowing drawers, hoping to find an excuse to justify buying the next best thing. I have to say, that with these monthly boxes of surprises, the products I have tried and tested are amazing and they most certainly do not get shoved away and forgotten. Another thing I love about the products is that they are worth more than the £12 I spend each month for the subscription. They are also all mainly made with natural ingredients which are kind to your skin and health - something I am quite big on.

In this months Glossybox I received:

• Figs & Rouge Cherry Blossom Lip Balm - which is so soft on the lips and a gorgeous colour. It is also packed with antioxidants, not to mention it smells delicious too!
• Organic Surge Moisture Boost Conditioner - this also smells amazing and is perfect for me as I love conditioning my hair, especially with organic products.
• GOSH Growth Mascara - The wand on this is great and it really lengthens the lashes. I haven't used it enough to see if it actually makes your lashes grow but I have heard great things and I will be sure to let you know!
• MeMeMe Nail Polish - lovely shade, especially for Summer toes!
• Monu Hand and Nail Cream - which is a professional skincare product and full of lovely moisturising ingredients including coconut and essential oils. I put this on at night to keep my hands and nails moisturised.

GLOSSYBOX.

So if you haven't heard already, Glossybox is a company which delivers 5 beauty goodies to your door a month, beautifully packaged, for the price of £10 per month. Me being the beauty junkie I am, I had to give it a go - and to be honest I am shocked it has taken me this long to sign up! So today I received my first box which I can say I absolutely love. I think the whole idea is amazing, and you can even choose your preferences online when you subscribe so they know what is best to send you. This month I received a 'Coconut Latte' body butter which smells AMAZING and is gorgeous on the skin, 'Lipcote' which is a product you put on top of your lipstick to keep it in place (I haven't tried this yet but looking forward to it as I wear lipstick quite often). There was also a beautifully smelling perfume sample, an Essie nail polish and Dermologica's microfoliant powder which is great if you are after flawless skin (I have always been a huge fan of their products). Overall I am SUPER pleased with this. You definitely get your moneys worth and I highly recommend you sign up if you like these products. I cannot wait to see what I get in next months Glossybox.
